How does it work?
For larger quantities, custom solutions, or a fixed price agreement for recurring deliveries, we will be happy to prepare a tailored quotation. The process is as follows:
- You send your request — including product information, desired quantities, and any specific requirements.
- We contact you — within one working day, our internal sales team will call or email you to discuss details where needed.
- You receive the quotation — including price, delivery time, terms and conditions, and, where applicable, product advice.
- You approve it — we process the order and schedule the delivery.
Useful to have ready
- Product type (which packaging, and product code if applicable)
- Desired quantities and any order frequency
- Destination(s) of the shipments
- Specific requirements (for example GDP validation, FSC certification, printing)
Custom solutions
As a manufacturer, custom solutions are simply part of what we do. Whether you need a non-standard box size, a specific wall strength, an adjusted performance requirement, or your own printed design — just ask us. Most custom projects require a minimum order quantity and a design process of two to three weeks.
