Standard cardboard boxes for general packaging

Sturdy cardboard boxes in single and double wall, suitable for general packaging and as an outer box for insulated bags. Directly from stock in various standard sizes.

Double wall

Double wall for extra sturdiness — essential for heavier loads and stacking. For light loads, single wall is sufficient (more cost-effective).

Combining with cool bags

A standard cardboard box with a cool bag (insulated bag) inside is an efficient cold-chain solution. Cheaper than EPS at large volumes and easy to separate for waste for the end user.

Box sizes, dimensions and weight

We always note a box's dimensions as length × width × height, in both millimetres and centimetres (internal dimensions). That way you know exactly whether your product fits. Our standard box sizes range from small to large — choose the size that neatly encloses your product plus any filling material, without much empty space.

The weight of a cardboard box depends on the dimensions and the wall. Single wall is lighter, double wall heavier but sturdier and better stackable. A small shipping box sometimes weighs only a few hundred grams, while a large double-wall box can weigh well over a kilo. Keep that in mind when calculating your shipping costs.

Frequently asked questions

How do I read the dimensions of a box?
Box dimensions are always listed as length × width × height (L×W×H), stated in millimeters and centimeters. This refers to the internal dimensions of the box, so you know exactly what will fit inside. Measure your product and choose a size that fits closely around it.
What does a cardboard box weigh?
The weight of a cardboard box depends on its size and corrugation. A small single-wall box may weigh as little as 100–200 grams; a large double-wall box can weigh well over a kilo. Heavier cardboard provides greater strength and stacking capacity, but it does count toward your shipping weight.
Single or double wall?
Double-wall corrugated board for heavier loads or stacking. Single-wall corrugated board for lightweight products where cost savings are important.
What sizes are available?
We supply a wide range of standard box sizes directly from stock. Custom solutions are available for larger order volumes.
Recyclable?
Yes, entirely with the waste paper.
