How long does a package stay chilled if delivery is delayed?
Our cold chain packaging typically keeps products at the required temperature for 24 to 48 hours. This provides a generous margin in case a parcel carrier is delayed by a day. For products with a short shelf life, we tailor the insulation and the number of gel packs to a worst-case delivery scenario.
