Insulated liner 25 x 35 cm – 6-layer with silver foil, short-side opening

This insulated liner is chosen when standard insulation is no longer sufficient. The 6-layer construction provides significantly more protection against temperature fluctuations than the 4-layer version and is designed for shipments that need to remain chilled for longer or that are sent during warm periods.

The opening is on the short side, allowing products to be easily inserted into the liner from above. The reflective silver foil helps reduce heat penetration from the outside.

Use in combination with gel packs

For best performance, the insulated liner should be combined with gel packs. Place the gel pack on top of the product, as cold air sinks, and fill the liner as fully as possible so that minimal air remains inside. Thanks to the opening on the short side, the liner remains upright during filling.
