We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Do you order on a business day before 14:00? In most cases, we will dispatch your order the same day. Almost all our products are available directly from stock. If an item is temporarily unavailable after all, we will of course contact you immediately.
Delivery times
Place an order on business days before 14:00? We will almost always ship it the same day from our own stock. In general, orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days, between 09:00 and 18:00. On each product page, you will find an indication of the specific delivery time. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will inform you immediately.
Shipping methods
Your order will be shipped via parcel services or specialized transport services for pallet shipments. The shipping method depends on the volume and weight of your order.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will automatically receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track your parcel shipment.

Cooled Solutions ships to almost all countries within Europe. Would you like to ship outside Europe? Please contact us for advice and information.
Problems with shipping?
If something unexpectedly goes wrong with your delivery or damage occurs during transport, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via our contact page. We will resolve the issue for you quickly and efficiently.
