Data Logger — temperature monitoring for cold chain

A data logger continuously records the temperature during transport, so you can demonstrate afterwards that the cold chain has not been broken. Essential for pharma shipments, complaint handling and GDP compliance.

USB Data Logger TDL-1

The TDL-1 is a simple USB logger that automatically records measurements at intervals. Connect to a PC for a PDF report — no extra software needed. Reusable up to 1,000 measurements.

When a logger?

For pharma shipments (mandatory), valuable meat loads, fish export, vaccine distribution and all situations in which you must be able to provide proof of temperature control. Complaints about spoiled goods are easy to refute — or confirm — with logger data.

Frequently asked questions

What is a temperature data logger?
A temperature data logger is a small device with a built-in sensor that automatically records the temperature at fixed intervals during transport or storage. Afterwards, you can read out the measurement data as a graph or report, allowing you to demonstrate that the cold chain has not been broken. They are also known as temperature loggers or USB loggers.
How often does the logger measure?
Configurable from every minute to every hour. Default 5 minutes — this provides a reliable temperature profile without putting unnecessary strain on the memory.
How do I read the data?
Connect the logger to the USB port — a PDF report is generated automatically. No additional software required.
How many measurements can it take?
Up to 1,000 measurements per report. Reusable after reset.
Mandatory for pharma?
Yes, GDP guidelines require temperature monitoring for pharmaceutical distribution. For fisheries and meat exports, it depends on the agreements with the buyer.
