- Address, billing and delivery addresses
- Telephone number and email address
- KvK and VAT number (for business customers)
- Order history and payment details (processed by payment providers)
- IP address and browsing behavior on our website (via cookies, see our cookie policy)
3. What do we use your data for?
- Processing and delivering your orders
- Sending order confirmations, invoices and track & trace information
- Customer service and answering questions
- Improving our website and services
- Complying with legal obligations (such as tax retention requirements)
- Marketing and newsletters — only with your consent
4. Who do we share your data with?
We only share your data when this is necessary for the performance of the agreement or legally required. Our processors include:
- Carriers (PostNL, DPD and specialized transport providers) for delivery
- Payment providers for processing online payments
- Our bookkeeping department and accountant for administrative processing
- Shopify as the platform provider for our online store
We have entered into data processing agreements with all these parties in accordance with the GDPR.
5. How long do we retain your data?
We do not retain your data for longer than necessary. Customer data and orders are subject to the statutory tax retention period of 7 years. We retain newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful processing. Our website uses SSL encryption, and internal access to personal data is limited to employees who need it for their work.

You have the right to:
