This version is chosen when a wider shipment requires extra insulation. The 6-layer construction slows down external heat more effectively than the 4-layer variant and is designed for longer transit times or shipping during warmer periods.

The opening on the long side makes it easy to place wider products or multiple smaller packages side by side, without having to lower them in from above.

Use in combination with gel packs

For best performance, the insulated liner is combined with gel packs. Place the gel packs on top of the products, as cold air sinks, and fill the liner as fully as possible so that little air remains. The opening on the long side makes it easy to distribute the gel packs across the width.
