Insulated mailer 35 x 35 cm: the compact size
The 35 x 35 insulated mailer is a square, versatile size for small boxes, jars and compact packages. It is light and compact and is used most in the pharmaceutical sector, for medicines, vaccines and diagnostic samples. It is also used for food, cosmetics and smaller online shop orders. Insulated mailer 60 x 60 cm: the largest size
The 60 x 60 insulated mailer is the largest size in the series. It is made for large products or for bundling several items in one shipment. Pharmaceutical wholesale, foodservice and wholesale use this size for larger temperature-sensitive shipments. How do you choose the right size?
Choose a size that is just a little larger than your product plus the cooling element. Is the shipment going as a mailbox package? Then your carrier's dimensions decide whether that is possible, see our article insulated mailers for mailbox packages.

Buying an insulated mailer: what to expect
If you want to buy an insulated mailer, you get a product from our own production since 1972, available from stock and orderable per piece.
We state no duration or temperature range here. The mailer insulates passively, and the outcome depends on the outside temperature, the amount of product, the cooling element and the travel time.
