Packaging for air freight — ULD and pallet-level insulation

Cooled Solutions supplies thermal covers and insulation materials for the international air freight industry. Our products are used daily by KLM Cargo, Lufthansa Cargo, Emirates SkyCargo and Singapore Airlines for temperature-sensitive cargo.

ULD thermal covers (LD3, LD6, PMC)

Thermal covers for all common ULDs such as LD3, LD6 and PMC units. They protect pallets against temperature fluctuations during apron handling and in the cargo hold.

Pallet covers EURO and US

Standard EURO pallet (120×80 cm) and US pallet (120×100 cm) thermal covers. Directly from stock. Double-layer variant for extra insulation during long transports.

Combination with base sheet

For strict temperature control, combine thermal covers with an insulated base sheet. Seal the weakest point in the insulation — essential for pharma air freight.
