A cardboard honeycomb insulated box has several advantages over traditional insulated boxes. The honeycomb design offers excellent insulation through air channels in the structure, keeping the temperature in the box stable for longer. Our honeycomb insulated boxes are made of recycled cardboard and are biodegradable. They form a sustainable alternative to packaging materials such as EPS or plastic. A European patent has been obtained for the use of the cardboard fibres as insulation material.

Cardboard honeycomb insulated boxes are light in weight, which reduces transport and shipping costs. This is a major advantage especially for air or international shipments, where weight plays an important role in the cost calculation.

Adaptable and reusable

These insulated boxes can be adapted to different shapes and sizes of products. The honeycomb design can easily be cut and shaped. Although not as durable as reusable plastic boxes, they can still be used several times before they need to be recycled.
