An insulated pallet cover protects temperature-sensitive cargo in air freight. The cover goes over the complete pallet and keeps the cold in the load between cold store, apron and cargo hold.
Standard sizes
We supply covers for Euro pallets (120 x 80 cm) and block pallets (120 x 100 cm) in various heights up to 150 cm. Fixed sizes also exist for roll containers and drums. If your build-up differs, we produce to measure.
Why over the pallet rather than around it
A cover that drops over the entire load closes the top. That is exactly where radiant heat enters most while a pallet waits on the apron. Wrapping only the sides leaves the top open.
With an insulated base
For long journeys, combine the cover with an insulated base sheet. The pallet is then fully wrapped — including underneath, where heat rises from the tarmac or hangar floor.
