Fruit absorbent mat 87×132 mm. Holds moisture during chilled distribution of soft fruit. Set of 10 pieces.
So that soft fruit does not sit in its own juice Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries release moisture during transport and cooling. If that moisture stays at the bottom of the tray, the fruit goes mouldy faster and the packaging loses its fresh look. The absorbent mat soaks up the moisture released and locks it in the core of the mat. The fruit stays dry, shelf life increases and the presentation on the shelf stays attractive. Suitable for punnets and small packs in AGF distribution, both during chilled transport and in in-store refrigeration. Size 87×132 mm, per set of 10 pieces.| SKU | ABS.FR.87.132 |
