The cooling envelope 60 x 60 cm is the largest size in the range and has been developed for large products or for bundled chilled shipping of multiple items at once. In pharma and pharmaceutical wholesale, this size is used for larger temperature-sensitive shipments. This isothermal envelope – also known as a thermal envelope, isothermal pouch or cooling bag – combines a thick layer of bubble wrap with a metallised aluminium coating for maximum insulation with large shipping volumes.

Large-format insulation

A stable temperature is especially important for larger shipments. The trapped air in the bubble wrap acts as an insulating buffer, while the aluminium outer layer reflects heat, helping the entire contents stay cool for longer. This keeps even bulky orders within the cold chain.
