Ready to use: no loose sheets required

Unlike the cardboard insulated box with loose TempGuard sheets, the Eco Coolbox is a complete, pre-formed box: the insulation is integrated into the compressed wall itself. Unpack, fill, close — no assembly or loose components. With an empty weight of just 1.6 kg, you also keep shipping costs low.

The box is made from recycled cardboard, 100% recyclable and completely plastic-free, with insulating performance that is at least comparable to a Polystyrene Box. After use, the box can simply be disposed of with paper recycling.

What is this size suitable for?

With a capacity of 18.2 liters, this is the versatile standard size for medium-sized shipments: fresh fish, meat, dairy, meal boxes, chocolate, and pharmaceutical products. The thick 2.9 cm wall keeps the contents at temperature for a long time; with the right gel packs, you can cover 24 to 48 hours in transit, from chilled (2–8 °C) to frozen — without a refrigerated vehicle.

How to achieve the best results

1. Fill the box as tightly as possible; less empty space means a more stable temperature.
2. Place gel packs or gel packs on top of the product — cold air sinks and cools evenly.
3. Seal the box securely before shipping.
