This foldable thermal box is a cardboard box with a separate insulated liner and the most compact size in our range. Ideal when you want to ship small, temperature-sensitive products chilled without unnecessary packaging volume. Also known as a foldable chilled box or insulated box.
What is the 300 x 200 x 200 mm thermal box suitable for?
With a capacity of approximately 12 liters, this size is designed for small shipments: individual meals, samples, medicines, cosmetics, or a single portion of fresh fish or meat. Popular in e-commerce, food delivery, and pharma where parcels need to remain small and light.
4-layer or 6-layer insulated liner?
The number of layers determines the insulation value. This is the 4-layer version: the standard choice for chilled transport and shorter to medium transit times. For longer journeys, warm weather, or frozen products, choose a liner with more layers.
