Ice pack sheet 280 x 400 mm – large cooling sheet for volume and base coverage

With 24 cells over 28 × 40 cm, this is the largest sheet in the series, designed for large boxes and volume shipments. Place it as a base or top layer in a shipping box or EPS box to cool multiple products flat at once. This cooling sheet – also known as an ice pack XL, gel mat or cooling sheet – is the logical choice for wholesalers and food shippers with larger orders.

How to use it

You receive the sheets flat and empty, saving a great deal of storage space. Immerse the sheet in water for 5–10 minutes until the cells have swollen into a firm gel mat, then freeze it – suitable for use from −5 °C to −80 °C. Even after freezing, the sheet remains flexible and can easily be torn into smaller sections along the perforation.
