Insulated liner 30 x 45 cm, 2-layer – the standard size for chilled e-commerce
The insulated liner 30 x 45 cm is the most popular size for chilled webshop orders – also known as a thermal bag, cooling bag or isothermal bag. Its elongated format follows the base of a standard shipping box, leaving hardly any air space. Bubble film with a metallised MPet layer reflects heat radiation and traps air as an insulating buffer.
When should you choose 2-layer?
The 2-layer version is the thinnest and lightest in the range. It provides sufficient insulation for same-day deliveries and next-day shipments, without the weight and volume of a heavier bag – and therefore without the associated shipping costs. If you are dealing with longer transit times or high outside temperatures, choose the 4-layer or 6-layer version.

How to build the packaging
Place the product in the bag, add an ice pack or gel pack for cooling capacity, close the adhesive strip and place the bag in your shipping box. The bag does not generate cold – it retains the cold released by your coolant. Shipping under GDP? Add a temperature data logger and you have proof of the chain.
