Insulated liner 35 x 55 cm, 2-layer – spacious thermal bag for meal boxes

A full meal box in one bag, instead of three small ones. The insulated liner 35 x 55 cm – also known as a thermal bag, cool bag or isothermal bag – offers space for complete weekly boxes, meat packs and larger orders. The fewer loose bags per shipment, the fewer thermal bridges. Bubble wrap with a metallised MPet layer reflects heat radiation and traps air as an insulating buffer.

When should you choose 2-layer?

The 2-layer version is the thinnest and lightest in the range. Sufficient insulation for same-day deliveries and next-day shipments, without the weight and volume of a heavier bag – and therefore without the associated shipping costs. If you are dealing with longer transit times or high outside temperatures, choose the 4-layer or 6-layer version.

How to build up the packaging

Place the product in the bag and add ice packs or gel packs for cooling capacity – for this volume usually two units, distributed above and below the load. Seal the adhesive strip and place the bag in your shipping box. The bag does not generate cold, but retains the cold released by your cooling element.
