Insulated liner 67 x 52 cm, 2-layer – large thermal bag with long-side opening
Filling a crate through a narrow opening does not work. That is why the insulated liner 67 x 52 cm – also known as a thermal bag, cooling bag or isothermal bag – has the opening on the long side. You can slide in a complete crate or flat load without struggling, then seal the adhesive strip across the full width. Bubble film with a metallised MPet layer reflects heat radiation and traps air as an insulating buffer.
When should you choose 2-layer?
The 2-layer version is the thinnest and lightest in the range. Sufficient insulation for same-day deliveries and next-day shipments, without the weight and volume of a heavier bag – and therefore without the associated shipping costs. If you are dealing with longer transit times or high outside temperatures, choose the 4-layer or 6-layer version.

How to build up the packaging
Place the load in the bag, add ice packs for cooling capacity – for this volume usually several units, distributed over the top so the cold air sinks down. Seal the adhesive strip and place the bag in your crate or shipping box.
Applications
Crates with fresh food, meat and fish, AGF shipments and flowers. In pharma, for wholesale deliveries and clinical shipments in larger formats.
