Insulated liner 70 x 70 cm, 2-layer – largest square thermal bag
The insulated liner 70 x 70 cm is the largest size in the 2-layer range – also known as a thermal bag, cool bag or isothermal bag. The square format folds around standard crates and 600 × 400 mm boxes, with enough overlap to fold the top closed. Bubble film with a metallised MPet layer reflects heat radiation and traps air as an insulating buffer.
When should you choose 2-layer?
The 2-layer version is the thinnest and lightest in the range. Sufficient insulation for same-day deliveries and next-day shipments, without the weight and volume of a heavier bag – and therefore without the associated shipping costs. For high volumes, that weight difference per shipment has an immediate impact on your freight costs. If you are dealing with longer transit times or high outside temperatures, choose the 4-layer or 6-layer in the same 70 × 70 size.

How to assemble the packaging
Place the load in the bag, add ice packs for cooling performance – for this volume, use several, distributed across the top so the cold air sinks downward. Seal the adhesive strip and place the bag in your crate or shipping box.
Applications
Crates with fresh food, meat and fish, AGF shipments and flowers. In pharma, for wholesale deliveries and pallet transport at crate level.
