The sheets (290 × 790 mm) are folded to the exact size for the insulated box (S) 250 × 250 × 250 mm. Please note: the cardboard box itself is not included — order it separately. What is an Isoliner insulation sheet?

An Isoliner insulation sheet is a flat, pre-folded paper insulating liner that you place inside a cardboard box. Once unfolded, the sheet lines the entire inside — the base, all four walls and the top — so your product is enclosed on all sides by an insulating layer. That layer works on exactly the same principle as polystyrene: still air trapped in the material keeps heat out.

The result is an insulation value comparable to EPS (polystyrene/Styrofoam), but made entirely from paper. After use, simply dispose of the sheet with the paper recycling — no separate collection point, no residual waste. As an added benefit, the sheet cushions shocks and impacts and absorbs some potential moisture during transport.

How to use the sheets

1. Unfold two sheets and place them in the matching insulated box, so the base and walls are fully lined.
2. Place your product inside and add a gel pack for longer cooling — gel packs on top of the product, because cold air sinks.
3. Fold the sheets closed over the contents and seal the box. Pack as tightly as possible: the less empty space, the more stable the temperature.

What is the S size suitable for?

The S is the compact size, designed for sending smaller chilled parcels. Think a few pieces of fresh fish or meat, a box of dairy or cheese, chocolate, or a chilled medical shipment. Combined with the right gel packs, this solution can bridge 24 to 48 hours in transit, from chilled (2–8 °C) to frozen — without a refrigerated vehicle.
