Why a cardboard cool box with loose sheets?

This system is designed for businesses that want to store compactly and pack sustainably. The box is delivered flat and the sheets are kept flat in stock — you only assemble the cool box when packing. That saves a lot of storage space and transport volume compared with pre-formed EPS boxes. And after use, both the box and the sheets simply go in with the waste paper, with no separate collection point. The insulation value is comparable to EPS (polystyrene foam).

How to assemble the cool box

1. Set up the box and place the two Isoliners supplied, so the base and walls are lined.
2. Put your product inside and add a cooling element — gel packs on top of the product, because cold air sinks.
3. Fold the sheets closed and close the box. Pack as tightly as possible: less empty space means a more stable temperature.

What is the S size suitable for?

The compact size suits smaller chilled parcels: a few pieces of fresh fish or meat, dairy, chocolate or a chilled medicine shipment. With the right cooling elements you can bridge 24 to 48 hours in transit, from chilled (2–8 °C) to frozen — without a refrigerated vehicle.
