Buy an insulated pallet cover: euro and block pallet
You choose an insulated pallet cover by the size of your pallet. For a euro pallet that is 120 x 80 x 150 cm, for a block pallet 120 x 100 x 150 cm. We also have covers for larger loads and for smaller pallets. Below you will find the sizes and versions.
An insulated pallet cover in this context is a thermal insulation cover: a reusable cover that protects the load against heat, cold and moisture. We make them in our own production since 1972 and deliver directly from stock.
Which size fits which pallet?
A standard euro pallet is 120 x 80 cm, a block pallet 120 x 100 cm. Our covers for both have a height of 150 cm. If your pallet is loaded higher, look at the other sizes in the overview below.
The pallet cover is reusable: the same cover goes around the pallet again and again.

Pallet cover for euro pallets: 120 x 80 x 150 cm
The insulated pallet cover for euro pallets fits exactly over a standard euro pallet and is suitable for air freight. It is light in weight, reusable and easy to place over the pallet and fasten securely.

Insulated pallet cover for block pallets: 120 x 100 x 150 cm
The insulated pallet cover for block pallets is intended for block pallets of 120 x 100 cm. The cover protects against temperature swings and outside influences such as moisture. We supply it in single-layer and double-layer.
There is also a pallet cover of 120 x 120 x 150 cm for block pallets and large loads, and the size 80 x 60 x 150 cm for compact loads.
Do not forget the base
People often forget that warm air rises and that the underside of a pallet therefore needs to be insulated too. An insulated base of bubble film laminated with aluminum completes the protection. We have bases for euro pallets (110 x 150 cm) and block pallets (130 x 150 cm), also in double-layer and 8 mm thick. Many customers order these together with the cover.

Who is a pallet cover suitable for?
Our covers are used in air freight, pharmaceutical logistics and the food industry. Think of medicines and vaccines, but also perishable products such as dairy, fruit and vegetables. The cover works passively: it does not actively cool, but slows down temperature change. For ocean freight there is container insulation.
