Ready to use: no loose sheets needed

Unlike the cardboard insulation box with loose TempGuard sheets, the Eco Coolbox is a complete, pre-formed box: the insulation is built into the pressed wall itself. You unpack it, fill it, and close it—no assembly, no loose parts. Ideal when speed at the packing table matters.

The box is made from recycled cardboard, 100% recyclable and completely plastic-free. The insulating performance is at least comparable to an EPS box. After use, the box can simply go with the waste paper—no separate collection point needed.

What is this size suitable for?

With 8.9 liters, this is the compact size, ideal for smaller chilled shipments: a few pieces of fresh fish or meat, dairy, chocolate, or a chilled medicine shipment. The thick 2.9 cm wall keeps the contents at temperature for a long time; with the right gel packs, you can bridge 24 to 48 hours of transit, from chilled (2–8 °C) to frozen—without a refrigerated truck.

How to get the best results

1. Fill the box as tightly as possible; less empty space means a more stable temperature.
2. Place gel packs or cooling elements on top of the product—cold air sinks and cools evenly.
3. Seal the box well before shipping.
