Cooling envelope 25 x 35 cm – compact isothermal envelope for pharmaceuticals
The cooling envelope 25 x 35 cm is the smallest size in our range and is most commonly used in pharmaceuticals: for chilled shipping of medicines, vaccines, pharmacy orders, and laboratory samples. This isothermal envelope – also known as an isothermal pouch, thermal envelope, or cooling bag – is made from bubble wrap with a metallised aluminium layer and reliably keeps temperature-sensitive contents at the right temperature.
How the insulation works
The still air in the bubble wrap forms an insulating buffer, while the aluminium exterior reflects heat and retains the cold. This dual effect keeps vaccines, fresh food, or other sensitive items within the desired temperature range for longer – a simple, effective link in your cold chain.

Commonly used for
Primarily pharmaceutical transport: medicines, vaccines, diagnostic samples, and other temperature-sensitive shipments between pharmacy, laboratory, and patient. Also suitable for food (chocolate, cheese), cosmetics, and small electronic components. Combine the envelope with a gel pack or cooling element and, if required, pack larger orders in a cool box.
