Ready to use: no loose sheets required

Unlike cardboard insulation boxes with separate TempGuard sheets, the Eco Coolbox is a complete, pre-formed box: the insulation is integrated into the compressed wall itself. Unpack, fill, close — no assembly or loose parts. This 600 × 400 × 375 mm version has an extra-thick 4 cm wall and, with 49.8 liters, provides space for large or multiple shipments at once.

The box is made from recycled cardboard, 100% recyclable and completely plastic-free, with insulation performance that is at least comparable to an EPS box. After use, the box can simply be disposed of with paper recycling.

What is this size suitable for?

With a capacity of almost 50 liters and a load capacity of up to 25 kg, this is the ideal choice for large or heavy shipments: larger meat and fish consignments, full meal boxes, dairy products or bulk shipments of temperature-sensitive products. The extra-thick 4 cm wall keeps the contents at temperature for an extended period; with the right gel packs, you can bridge 24 to 48 hours of transit, from chilled (2–8 °C) to frozen — without a refrigerated vehicle.

How to achieve the best result

1. Fill the box as tightly as possible; less empty space means a more stable temperature.
2. Distribute the gel packs and place gel packs on top of the product — cold air sinks and cools evenly.
3. Seal the box properly before shipping.
