insulated box (L) 355 x 355 x 355 mm — complete incl. 2 Isoliners

Insulated box (L) — complete cardboard cool box per piece: corrugated cardboard outer box 355 × 355 × 355 mm including 2 Isoliners. Everything you need for one complete, fully recyclable cooling pack to ship your products chilled — the plastic-free alternative to EPS and polystyrene foam.

What is in the box?

Each piece comes with the corrugated cardboard outer box and the 2 matching Isoliners — paper insulation sheets that line the whole inside: base, walls and top. Set up the box, put the sheets in, pack: done. Do you ship regularly? Then order the Isoliners separately at a good price as a refill: Isoliner sheets (L) — 36 sheets for 18 boxes.

Why a cardboard cool box with loose sheets?

This system is designed for businesses that want to store compactly and pack sustainably. The box is delivered flat and the sheets are kept flat in stock — you only assemble the cool box when packing. That saves a lot of storage space and transport volume compared with pre-formed EPS boxes. And after use, both the box and the sheets simply go in with the waste paper, with no separate collection point. The insulation value is comparable to EPS (polystyrene foam).

How to assemble the cool box

1. Set up the box and place the two Isoliners supplied, so the base and walls are lined.
2. Put your product inside and add cooling elements — gel packs on top of the product, because cold air sinks.
3. Fold the sheets closed and close the box. Pack as tightly as possible: less empty space means a more stable temperature.

What is the L size suitable for?

The L is the largest size, intended for bulky or heavy chilled parcels: larger batches of meat and fish, full meal boxes, several products at once or pharmaceutical shipments with more content. With the right cooling elements the contents stay at temperature for up to 48 hours, from chilled (2–8 °C) to frozen — without a refrigerated vehicle.
