This system is designed for businesses that want to store compactly and package sustainably. The box is delivered flat, and the sheets are kept flat in stock — you only assemble the chilled box when packing. This saves a significant amount of storage space and transport volume compared with pre-formed EPS boxes. And after use, both the box and the sheets can simply go with the waste paper, with no separate collection point required. The insulation performance is comparable to EPS (polystyrene foam/Tempex).

How to assemble the chilled box

1. Set up the box and place the two supplied Isoliners so that the base and walls are lined.
2. Place your product inside and add a gel pack — place gel packs on top of the product, because cold air sinks.
3. Fold the sheets closed and seal the box. Pack as tightly as possible: less empty space means a more stable temperature.

What is the S size suitable for?

The compact format is ideal for smaller chilled parcels: a few pieces of fresh fish or meat, dairy products, chocolate, or a chilled medical shipment. With the right gel packs, you can cover 24 to 48 hours of transit, from chilled (2–8 °C) to frozen — without refrigerated transport.
