Ready to use: no loose sheets required

Unlike cardboard insulated boxes with loose TempGuard sheets, the Eco Coolbox is a complete, preformed box: the insulation is integrated into the pressed wall itself. Unpack, fill, close — no assembly or loose components. This 600 × 400 × 375 mm version has an extra-thick 4 cm wall and, with 49.8 liters of capacity, offers space for large shipments or multiple shipments at once.

The box is made from recycled cardboard, 100% recyclable and completely plastic-free, with insulating performance that is at least comparable to a Polystyrene Box. After use, the box can simply be disposed of with waste paper.

What is this size suitable for?

With almost 50 liters of capacity and a load of up to 25 kg, this is the choice for large or heavy shipments: larger batches of meat and fish, full meal boxes, dairy products or bulk shipments of temperature-sensitive products. The extra-thick 4 cm wall keeps the contents at temperature for an extended period; with the right gel packs, you can bridge 24 to 48 hours of transit, from chilled (2–8 °C) to frozen — without a refrigerated vehicle.

How to achieve the best result

1. Fill the box as tightly as possible; less empty space means a more stable temperature.
2. Distribute the gel packs and place gel packs on top of the product — cold air sinks and cools evenly.
3. Seal the box properly before shipping.
