This foldable thermal box combines a cardboard outer box with a thick 6-layer insulated liner. The same popular mid-size format as the 4-layer version, but with more insulation for more demanding chilled shipping requirements.

What is the 400 x 300 x 300 mm thermal box suitable for?

With a capacity of approximately 36 litres, this size is suitable for standard meal boxes, fish and meat packages, or multiple products together. Choose the 6-layer version when the shipment is in transit for longer, in warm weather, or needs to remain deep-frozen.

4-layer or 6-layer insulated liner?

The number of layers determines the insulation value. This is the 6-layer version: with extra insulation for longer transit times, warm days, or frozen shipping (down to -20 °C). For standard chilled transport, the 4-layer version is often sufficient.
