What is an Isoliner insulation sheet?

An Isoliner insulation sheet is a flat, pre-folded paper insulation liner that you place inside a cardboard box. When unfolded, the sheet lines the entire interior — base, walls and top — so your product is enclosed on all sides by an insulating layer. As with polystyrene foam, the still air within the material blocks heat transfer.

This provides an insulation value comparable to EPS (polystyrene foam/Styrofoam), but made entirely from paper. After use, the sheet can simply be disposed of with waste paper — no separate collection point, no residual waste. The sheet also cushions shocks and absorbs some potential moisture during transport.

How to use the sheets

1. Unfold two sheets and place them in the matching insulated box, so that the base and walls are fully lined.
2. Place your product inside and add gel packs for longer cooling — gel packs on top of the product, as cold air sinks.
3. Fold the sheets closed over the contents and seal the box. Pack as tightly as possible: the less empty space, the more stable the temperature.

What is the L size suitable for?

The L is the largest size, designed for bulky or heavy chilled parcels: larger meat and fish consignments, full meal boxes, multiple products at once or pharmaceutical shipments with more contents. With the right gel packs, the contents remain at temperature for up to 48 hours, from chilled (2–8 °C) to frozen — without a refrigerated vehicle.
