Insulated liner 25 x 35 cm, 2-layer – compact thermal bag with adhesive strip
Small shipment, but it still needs to arrive chilled. The insulated liner 25 x 35 cm – also known as a thermal bag, cool bag or isothermal bag – is the entry-level size in our range. Bubble wrap with a metallized MPet layer reflects heat radiation and traps air as an insulating buffer. The opening is on the short side: fill, press the adhesive strip closed, done.
When should you choose 2-layer?
The 2-layer version is the thinnest and lightest in the range. Sufficient insulation for same-day deliveries and next-day shipments, without the weight and volume of a heavier bag – and therefore without the associated shipping costs. If you are dealing with longer transit times or high outdoor temperatures, choose the 4-layer or 6-layer in the same size.

How to build the packaging
Place the product in the bag, add an ice pack or gel pack for cooling capacity, close the adhesive strip and place the bag in your shipping box. The bag does not generate cold – it retains the cold released by your coolant. Shipping medicines or samples under GDP? Add a temperature data logger and you have proof of the chain.
Applications
Medicines, vaccines and diagnostic samples in pharma. Chocolate, cheese and fresh specialties in food. Cosmetics and small e-commerce orders that must not arrive lukewarm.
