Insulated liner 35 x 35 cm, 2-layer – square thermal bag with adhesive strip
Not every product is elongated. The insulated liner 35 x 35 cm – also called a thermal bag, cool bag or isothermal bag – has a square format suited to small boxes, jars, blister packs and cube-shaped packaging. Bubble wrap with a metallised MPet layer reflects heat radiation and traps air as an insulating buffer.
When should you choose 2-layer?
The 2-layer version is the thinnest and lightest in the range. It provides sufficient insulation for same-day deliveries and next-day shipments, without the weight and volume of a heavier bag – and therefore without the associated shipping costs. If you have longer transit times or high outside temperatures, choose the 4-layer or 6-layer version.

How to build the packaging
Place the product in the bag, add an ice pack or gel pack for cooling capacity, close the adhesive strip and place the bag in your shipping box. The bag does not generate cold – it retains the cold released by your cooling element. Shipping under GDP? Add a temperature data logger and you have proof of the chain.
