What does an insulated pallet cover supplier actually do?
A pallet cover supplier delivers covers that are placed over a pallet or load to dampen temperature swings. These are also called thermal pallet cover suppliers or insulation cover suppliers. The product is the same. The covers reduce temperature swings during transport, and a more stable temperature is good for the quality of the product on arrival.

Sizes: what we supply as a pallet cover supplier
We supply an insulated pallet cover for euro pallets of 120 x 80 x 150 cm and for block pallets of 120 x 100 x 150 cm, both also double-layer. We also offer 120 x 120 x 150 cm for larger loads, 80 x 60 x 150 cm for smaller pallets and 120 x 100 x 160 cm. For air freight containers there is the ULD thermal cover PMC of 320 x 240 x 150 cm.
Besides pallets there are covers for roll containers (85 x 70 x 155 cm, also with fold-up door or without opening), IBC containers (120 x 100 x 120 cm) and drums (60 x 60 x 90 cm). For ocean freight we have container insulation.
Reusable and sturdy
The covers are made of sturdy material for repeated use. For some versions that is bubble film laminated with aluminum. Our insulated bases are available for euro pallets (110 x 150 cm) and block pallets (130 x 150 cm), also in double-layer and 8 mm thick. Many customers order them together with the cover.
What the cover does and does not do

Standard sizes and custom work
We supply insulated pallet covers for euro pallets (120 x 80 cm) and US pallets (120 x 100 cm), for roll containers and for the ULD formats PMC, PAG, AKE and LD3. According to the collection text, most insulated pallet covers are bought in standard sizes for euro pallets and block pallets and for ULD formats, and are ready for use immediately. Covers for PAG, AKE and LD3 are available on request with a quote.
For deviating build-ups, taller loads or roll containers we make covers to size. Because we produce ourselves, custom work is not an exception but routine.

A smaller share goes to road transport and city distribution, where no refrigerated truck is available or where frequent door openings let the temperature in a refrigerated truck rise.
